Duties, taxes and all fees imposed by the local government at the destination country are included in the shipping charges. No duties or taxes shall be collected at time of delivery.

International Shipping Methods:
Regular Shipping service arrives within 7-14 days. Express Shipping service arrives within 3-5 days.
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and based on the destination country for the shipment.
Regular services are not available to all postal codes. Some postal codes require international express service. The services offered will vary by country and will appear at checkout.

- Transit times can vary widely depending on the destination.
- Delivery delays caused by customs, local carriers, or local postal issues are outside our control.

- Due to higher risks of delays or loss in certain regions, we only ship internationally on a case-by-case basis.
- Areas designated as remote by the courier will require more time for delivery. Estimates will be available at the courier website.

Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We’ll cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Refund Timeline
Once you ship your return, please allow up to four weeks for processing. This includes:
- 5–10 business days – transit time for your return to reach us
- 3–5 business days – time to inspect and process your return
- 5–10 business days – time for your bank or card provider to release the funds
Many refunds are processed sooner, but timelines may vary.
How to Start a Return

- Go to My Account → Completed Orders
- Select the order
- Click Return Item(s)
