Returns Policy
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you need to return an item, here’s how it works:
Return Eligibility
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
We’ll cover the return shipping cost if the return is due to our error—such as receiving an incorrect or defective item.
Refund Timeline
Once you ship your return, please allow up to four weeks for processing. This includes:
- 5–10 business days – transit time for your return to reach us
- 3–5 business days – time to inspect and process your return
- 5–10 business days – time for your bank or card provider to release the funds
Many refunds are processed sooner, but timelines may vary.
